Leading the firm’s life sciences, biotechnology, and food & beverage practice groups, Tina specializes in commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and large-scale projects within these sectors. She advises global and local clients on product sales, distribution, and marketing, covering areas such as product categorization, pre-market approval, advertising, licensing, and compliance.

Tina has negotiated pharmaceutical supply agreements with Pharmac and provided counsel on global pharmaceutical recalls. She is a trusted advisor to major New Zealand exporters and FMCG companies, guiding them on regulatory compliance, food labeling, and complex cross-border transactions.


Anna-May Isbey

Executive Director, New Zealand Business Roundtable in China

Anna-May Isbey is the Executive Director at the New Zealand Business Roundtable in China, supporting Australian and New Zealand businesses in Shanghai. She has held key roles in trade and business networks, focusing on government relations, events, and brand ambassadorship.

Since 2019, she has led Kiwi Drinks, a community event that has raised over $100,000 NZD for charity. Living in China since 2014, she is passionate about cross-cultural connections and holds a BA in politics and sociology from the University of Auckland, with HSK 5 Mandarin fluency.


Mahara Inglis

CEO at MitQ

MitoQ is a New Zealand based consumer health company and pioneers in cellular health for longevity and healthy aging. MitoQ export over 97% of their supplements and functional foods around the world – but primarily focus on China and the United States.

Prior to joining MitoQ, Mahara led the Probiotics and Ventures business units at Fonterra and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley – where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and undergraduate degrees in Science and Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. His whakapapa is to Nga Rauru Kitahi, Ngati Ruanui, and Ngaruahinerangi in Taranaki.


Mark deLautour

CEO of Open Country Dairy

Mark has been the Chief Executive Officer of Open Country Dairy since April 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in New Zealand’s key export industries. With a strong background in agribusiness, manufacturing, and international trade, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth of some of the country’s leading export sectors. His career also includes over 15 years in timber processing, where he worked offshore in the United States and gained invaluable experience with major industry players such as Southern Cross Forest Products, Carter Holt Harvey, and Fletcher Challenge.

With his extensive expertise in export-driven industries, Mark understands the challenges and opportunities that come with taking New Zealand’s primary products to the world. His insights into global supply chains, market dynamics, and trade strategies make him a must-hear speaker.
