Head of Corporate Finance - PWC
Regan has over twenty years’ of corporate finance and investment banking experience.
Regan specialises in M&A, valuation, and general business advisory. He has extensive transaction and corporate finance advisory experience, having advised on a wide range of transactions. Regan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business from Otago University. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of New Zealand.
Investment Director - Altered Capital
Prior to joining Altered, Laura’s career spanned corporate finance and investment banking at PwC and Jarden, strategic new ventures at Fletcher Building, and private equity at Milford Asset Management, she is an Investment Director at Altered Capital, committed to partnering with best-in-class founders and companies to realise their growth ambitions. Laura is a CFA Charterholder and has an LLB (Hons) and BCom (Finance) from the University of Otago. In 2023, she received the Aspiring Women in Private Capital Award from the New Zealand Private Capital Association.
Investment Director - Pioneer Capital
Shayne has extensive experience in planning and executing strategy, acquisitions and financings of Australian and New Zealand growth businesses. He joined Pioneer Capital in 2017 and sources and manages private equity investments and leads their Private Debt programme. He is currently a director of Tally Group, and oversees Pioneer Capital’s Izon, Parkable, anihana and Geo private debt investments.
